We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Wilton, NH. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing, multi-division organization where your insights will directly influence financial strategy and business performance.
The ideal candidate is a sharp, detail-oriented professional who enjoys digging into data, identifying trends, and helping leadership make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with the Controller, CFO, and divisional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.
- Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to interpret financial results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze trends in sales, margins, and expenses to provide actionable insights.
- Support ad hoc reporting and special projects for senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis or related experience (manufacturing or multi-division experience a plus).
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
