As a Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and legal tasks that contribute to the effective delivery of legal services. Coordinate court filings and hearings, ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain confidential client information and adhere to strict legal ethical standards.
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar legal administrative role.
Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A Paralegal certification or relevant legal training is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Payroll and billing operations move to the Bedford office. Growth and change create new business partners and new relationships; both internal and external.
