Raven Ridge is looking for a driven and experienced Agency Technical Recruiter to join our team. This isn't just a recruiting role – it's a full-desk opportunity where you'll own the entire process, from sales and marketing to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills and experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall success.
What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record of success in an agency setting, including full-desk experience (sales, marketing, and recruiting). This is a role for a Senior Recruiter who knows what to do and how to do it.
  • Solid experience in technical recruiting is essential. Experience with engineering and/or IT roles is a big plus!
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to project confidence.
  • A self-directed mentality with a strong work ethic and a passion for results.
  • The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
