Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Select and specify machinery and equipment for new manufacturing lines.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other manufacturing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in manufacturing processes.
