Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
  • Select and specify machinery and equipment for new manufacturing lines.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other manufacturing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in manufacturing processes.
