Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate quality systems.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness among staff.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience managing engineers and technicians
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management within the Aviation & Aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as ISO 9001, AS9100.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
 
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
