Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate quality systems.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness among staff.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years demonstrated experience managing engineers and technicians
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality management within the Aviation & Aerospace industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as ISO 9001, AS9100.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
