Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate quality systems.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness among staff.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrated experience managing engineers and technicians
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within the Aviation & Aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools such as ISO 9001, AS9100.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
