Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Master Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and scheduling processes to ensure efficient operations.

Duties

- Lead monthly S&OP meetings based on plant capacity & demand planning.

- Track monthly forecasting variance by selected customer to drive improvements in planning processes & ensure proper allocation in MRP planning.

- Manage Supply Chain schedule for new product launch & phase out control for selected customer/product groups.

- Build long-term machine/labor capacity models & short-term fixed production plans to support total customer demand & on-time delivery targets.

- Maintain & improve ratio of inventory (ROI) targets across WIP & FG production items. Build & integrate inventory strategies across the business.

- Develop & maintain production scheduling tools (ERP & other tools) to ensure proper data validity as it relates to production & inventory (including BOM/routing management).

- Create & maintain scheduling system in ERP on a regular basis.

- Communicate schedule changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and components, optimizing inventory levels.

- Implement and maintain best practices in production scheduling, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement

- Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators, providing insights to support decision-making.

Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field

- 5+ years of experience in production planning/demand planning/capacity planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, MRP systems, and other scheduling software
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year 
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
