Our client in Manchester, NH is seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for their company, you will create a positive first impression for our visitors and ensure their needs are met. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and employees. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to the office
- Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
