Responsibilities:

  • Assist insurance agents with administrative tasks.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Support team with general office duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience, insurance industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
