Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years as an injection molding technician or similar role
- Expert level knowledge of injection molding machines/maintenance and troubleshooting of molding machines, tools, and materials.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
