Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Final Visual Inspector to join our team in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a Final Visual Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products before they are shipped out to our customers. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to maintaining our high standards and reputation in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of finished electrical/electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Check for defects, damages, or any imperfections in the products, such as incorrect labeling or missing components.
- Conduct measurements and tests to ensure product dimensions, tolerances, and specifications are met.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to perform inspections and document results accurately.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to resolve any issues or defects identified during inspections.
- Evaluate and classify product defects according to established criteria and escalate any critical issues to the appropriate department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Final Visual Inspector or in a similar quality control role within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
- Microscope inspection experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components and assemblies.
- Excellent visual acuity with the ability to identify defects and anomalies in products.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and measurement techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and magnifying lenses.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
