Medical Office Administrative Assistant needed for full-time position in Manchester, NH offering $18-20/hr. + generous benefits package (4wks PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition, LTD/STD, retirement, bonus and more!). - Enter, update, and track patient insurance information in EMR
- Set up accounts and work with billing dept. on insurance claims, co-pays, etc.
- Process insurance verifications and prior-authorizations
- Assist patients with eligibility and other benefits related questions
- Work with insurance carriers and state benefit programs
- Run reports, perform clerical and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma; College Educations a Plus
- 1+yr Administrative/Medical Office Support
- Basic understanding of Medical Insurance- EOBs, Claims, etc.
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite (EMR & Billing software a plus)
- Wilingnes to complete pre-employment and occupational health screenings
- Ability to work in-office M-F 8-5 for training
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
