Financial Advisor with CFP needed for full-time position offering 100% employer paid and generous benefits package, competitive compensation, and an existing book of business! This is an excellent opportunity for those with 5+yrs of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investments or similar industry seeking an Account Management and Client Retention focused role vs Sales. Exciting time to join a growing firm and tenured team of professionals that have an excellent reputation. This role is offering remote flexibility, however; it is NOT FULLY remote. Training will be done on-site and Advisors are expected to be in-office as needed to best serve clients.

- Work with clients and their family to develop and implement appropriate investment and financial planning goals and objectives
- Monitor client accounts, and investment performance versus benchmarks, and develops insights for clients regarding key contributors and detractors
- Reviews portfolio issues (i.e., taxes, liquidity events, etc.) quarterly
- Manage investment transition for new clients
- Communicate and collaborates with the Investment Team regarding investment strategy and client portfolio structure
- Provide recommendations to individuals and family enabling them to fulfill their financial goals
- Identify insurance needs for clients and assess proper solutions
- Discuss estate planning and work with internal and external resources to meet estate planning goals of the client.
- Consultation with attorneys and accountants on financial, tax, and estate planning
- Client meeting planning, facilitation, and presentation
- Compliance with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- CFP preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong organization, analytical, relationship building and communication skills
- Competence with industry software to include CRM, Portfolio Management system, MS Office, etc.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
